Meet BIMLauncher’s configurable out-of-box integrations

Are you looking for the best way to connect two or more platforms to share project documents? Take a look at our out-of-box solutions for a high-level summary of what we offer.

The industry’s great challenge

While technology continues to evolve and offer new solutions for smarter, more optimised work, the number of platforms available for various tasks in the different phases of construction and related collaboration tasks continues to grow. Solutions are available to manage tasks and building phases range from design (drawings) to development to quality checks, to name just a few.

Additionally, managing documents and collaboration involves multiple stakeholders across design firms, architects, general contractors and specialty contractors and owners/clients.

With all of this technology, it has become increasingly difficult to optimise collaboration and keep the right teams working together from the most up-to-date project information, resulting in additional costs in rework and delays.

BIMLauncher’s approach

We believe our clients should be able to work from their preferred platform or CDE solution, whether that’s Procore, Aconex, Autodesk or other industry-leading platforms.

You may have noticed that many platforms (Aconex, Viewpoint, ProjectWise, to name a few) do not have their own app stores, making it difficult to see what integrations already exist and what’s possible.

To give you an idea of the out-of-box integrations we offer, we’ve created a list of some of our most requested solutions.

The possibilities are vast

Don’t let the above list fool you– we’re AEC industry experts and our capabilities and roadmap extend well beyond what you see. The link above was designed to give you a quick overview of what we offer and does not cover the breadth or depth of our integrations.

Not sure what you need?

Our expert team can partner with you to do everything from scoping out your requirements to suggesting and building a process for best processes to manage your Common Data Environment (CDE).

Hear from our clients

While some of our clients know exactly what they need, many come to us to guide them through their workflows and help them identify opportunities.

For example, one client needed to migrate the data from more than 80 projects in Viewpoint to Procore’s Documents Tool and Drawings Tool to ensure that site teams could access the latest information in Procore. These documents were migrated, sorted into areas and sets, with logged version management in Procore, thus making them also searchable within Procore’s advanced search based on filtering by custom field values, metadata, etc.
